When will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 2pm we will endeavour to send your parcel out on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, will be sent out the following working day.
How will my order be sent?
Once you have placed your order you will have the option for your parcel to be sent either 1st or 2nd class via the Royal Mail Signed For service. Prices will vary depending on the option you choose.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and you can also make payment via PayPal.
Are my details safe?
We are fully compliant with GDPR and if you would like us to remove your details at any time, please email us at hello@horsehussy.co.uk
Our payment portals all offer the highest security and we do not as a business have access to your payment details, so no information of this nature is stored.
